Culture, Ethnicity, and Community Affairs (CECA) Committee

(Pronounced SEE-ka)

Chair: Joe Thibodeau

About the Committee

The Culture, Ethnicity & Community Affairs Committee (CECA) addresses issues of social justice, diversity, or inclusion on the Tufts campus.  Additionally, we work to represent the interests of Tufts students within our host communities of Medford, and Somerville, Massachusetts.  As a committee, we seek to improve the lives of every student and to mold a welcoming and nurturing environment for all.  We are a safe space dedicated to facilitating collaboration among community representatives, class senators, and chaired by the TCU Diversity and Community Affairs officer.
